Hey Everyone, Remember the old plastic hula hoops when you were a kid? Well, now there is a new Hoop in town.

I started hooping about 2 months ago, and I have lost 1 1/2 inches off my waist and 1/2" off my hips and 20lbs.

Dont think you can hoop? We here that all the time, but then we hand them a hoop and they start yelling "Hey, I'm doing it".

You should use a weighted hoop to get a full cardio workout. Check out my site for more information:
