With a debit card, driver's license and cellphone number, buyers can try their luck at a touch screen. The system is being piloted at nine gas stations and 19 ATMs in the Twin Cities, allowing people to buy quick-pick Powerball and Mega Millions tickets without going inside to a counter. Since October, about $5,260 worth of Powerball tickets have been sold that way.

Minnesota becomes first state to sell lottery tickets at gas pumps, good for the gas station selling the tickets, bad for the people that expect to win something. Lotteries are self imposed taxes and many many people buying tickets will win NOTHING! Leave the gas pump lines to selling high priced gas, everything else is for sale inside.
Whatever the size or shape of the vehicle, vehicle manufactures Produce and the population ‘Drives’ vehicles with high MPG, are very safe, reliable, have a ‘reasonable’ cost and a good ‘value’ for the money.
The price of fuel at the pump is too high!
